best smoke shop is The Rez! always helpful and have exactly what we came for!
The native shop is so cool! The young lady working had a wealth of knowledge, based in fact, of the Seneca people its traditions and culture! The beautifully handcrafted jewelry is a sight to behold! Save money on tobacco products and much, much more!
Always stop here for gas on the way home from Lockport, had an issue one time with water in the tank and cost me almost $1k to fix my car, however the The Rest management took care of all my bills and paid me for my lost time.nVery honorable staff and apologetic for the inconveniences.
We pulled away from their shop for about 10 minutes after buying a vaporizer... figured out it doesn’t charge or turn on. We bring it back to get a refund or exchange and say they can’t take it back?? I spent $99.99(when on website it is sold as $65)... I’ve had many shops from where I live (Wisco) a COVID hotspot and they still take back product they’ve sold me because they can get a credit for things that don’t work. Worst customer service :/
