Carson was great. He truly listened to what we wanted and were looking for in a car. He went out of his way to appease any of our concerns as we ended up paying what we feel was a very fair price for the car we bought. It was my wife’s birthday on the day we picked up the car, and Carson even went so far as to buying some happy birthday balloons as a surprise for my wife. Good people here, happy to give our money to this local, family-owned business.

Kapp is by far the best car buying experience I ever had. They will not push you into a sale, answers any questions you may have and make sure you get the best deal.
My purchased has an internal coolant leak in the EGR cooler and notice low coolant all the time a week after the purchase. When I pick up my plates 2 weeks later. They asked how was the vehicle? I told them about the leaking coolant. They told me to bring it back so they can have a look at it. My vehicle ended up at the Dodge dealership and the EGR cooler got replaced. It cost will over $2000 and Kapp paid for the whole repairs out of good will.
The only thing I frown on is not having an option to opt out of their key replacement insurance. The Document fees were low, but with the key replacement insurance. It's up there almost the same as everywhere else.
but I still give them a 5 start because of their good will.

The service is amazing!
The guys at Kapp Auto are wonderful!! I have special needs to drive because I'm an amputee they made sure my car was adapted for me and went out of their way to take care of my needs in a new vehicle!! I would recommend them to everyone!!
