I’ve been looking at cars at Westgate Auto for a few months now and spoke with Kirk a lot throughout that time and he was always very helpful and very kind. I never once felt rushed to purchase a car. I went in yesterday and everyone I came in contact with was very kind and helpful. I Bought a 2011 BMW from this place, they're very nice people who are down to earth with everything. Didn't feel pressured like at other car lots I have been to.
I was able to go there, buy the car, get the title and registration, go through my bank loan, and drive it home all in the same day.
If you see a car you like here, I'd definitely recommend going to check it out.
First off I want to say becareful all customers you don't always get what you see. I had the worst customer experience here and I don't know if it's because I'm a single woman buying a car but I never felt so much deception from a business.
I was charged for cleaning fee of $200 that never took place I have text messages to prove it. Then when I test drove the car I saw there was warranty on the window advertised on the vehicle and as I was signing the papers they disregarded my comment twice that there was a warranty.
When I tried reaching out the very next day because the vehicle was making a loud noice sounded from the muffler they resolution to the situation was explaining to me that warranty was trash and they don't have return policy they were so aggressive making the whole situation uncomfortable causing me emotional distress.
Please be aware with this dealership. Sometimes it's better look for better
quality in customer service and experience than convenience.
