They misschedule appointments. Have a lot of attitude towards patients. Also, never sent a report to my on/gyn.

Don’t count on them scheduling you for the time they tell you on the phone. And don’t expect them to have any ownership for their own mistake. “Of course it’s always our fault” was the comment one of them made even though the woman at the desk said “we were wondering why it was scheduled the way it was”. Maybe more training on scheduling and dealing with their mistakes, and how to act around patients.
