DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care about patients. I got discharged as a patient after 5+ years without my knowledge and was unable to refill my prescription. I had to go through withdrawals from a depression medication and they didn't care at all. Paula Gorman the CFO basically told me to hang up and it was someone else's problem. They wouldn't even give me a refill for 1 month until I found a new doctor.

Hi:: Love your services. However, I do not intend to visit the facility at the current point in time due to Covid count. Prior I was just too busy with other issues. Perhaps in future I will contact for a remote appointment. You all stay safe and healthy.

Terrible practice. Complete lack of care for patients. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.nn*Advocating for my elderly family member. I will be sure to switch them over to a new PMD as well as report their experiences- thanks*

My favorite primary care physician that I have ever had, Dr. Karaga. He always takes his time and actually listens to me. I have never had a bad experience with the PA's, nurses or office staff. I worked in medical offices for 40 years and this group runs a smooth ship. Thank you all for your knowledge and compassion.

This place literally saved my life. I am so happy I switched to SGM about 2 years ago. Everyone there takes great care of me. My primary doctor is patient and kind. The RN's all know their stuff and I trust them to take care of my needs. Love this place and plan to stay a patient for a long time.
