Very nice place and the guy really knows his stuff . I have used this place for years. Went all over Rapid City and went back to Spearfish to buy our new pellet stove. I will not waste my time again will go straight back to Spearfish Canyon Fireplace and Spas

They replaced the fan on my fireplace last year. This year it shorts out the breaker to my living room. They said they dont want to deal with it and hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Bought a Harmon pellet stove to replace an ancient one......WOW!!!!! What a difference!!!!! They removed old one with the newer model.....Eric was sooooo exceptional in his work, his expertise, and his personality so fit in with what we needed to have done...... What a great experience....great company, great workmanship.....professionally done.....LOVE OUR STOVE!!!!

Had problem with my pellet stove , called over and Eric helped me diagnose the problem , they had the part for a brand they don't even carry . Went and got the part put it in and problem solved . Thanks for a very professional experience .
