We took our van here so he could fix our heater motor but he pulled off the power wire and broke the motor. And he refused to pay for it. And he did not know how to take off the coolant resovire. My husband had to do it for him. This guy calls himself a mechanic. But he's a joke. DO NOT take your car to him. I know I never will again.
Customer service is terrible. The guy here acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be here. I had stopped by to do insurance pictures. There was no other customers at the time. Halfway through, the guy's friend stopped by, and he stopped everything to go chat, after which, we resumed. He went off on a rant about Geico customers then finished.n5 minute insurance pictures turned into 25 Minutes, even with no waiting line!
