I was very impressed with my first visit. I was able to make an appointment with the NP the next day, after my initial call. The care was professional and friendly with both the NP and the other health care provider. The office was spacious, clean and uncrowded. All procedures and interactions were top notch!! I have not had such excellent care in a long time. Thank you.

This is a wonderful dermatology office!! They are quick yet efficient to get you in and out as quickly as possible, and my concerns are always addressed. I usually dread going to a doctors office and having to wait a long time after your scheduled appointment. This office is not like that and I never have to worry about blocking off extra time in my day just in case there is the “long dreaded wait” to be seen. I do have to add that I am a relatively healthy person who doesn’t have a long health history so it might vary person to person on how long you are there for, but for me I am always in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very easy to communicate back and forth with the medical assistants as well, whether it is via phone call or email.

The reason for our visit was for my teenage daughter. Been to 2 other dermatologist and they could not help. Thanks goodness for Lauren Mancuso. She made my daughter feel comfortable, addressed all her concerns and we never felt rushed. She came up with a plan to address her cystic acne. 6 months later her face is beautiful. Can’t thank Lauren enough. Would highly recommend Lauren. Staff is friendly and the office is super clean.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!! I have been to many, many different doctors and in my entire life I have NEVER been so pleased with the service that I received at Lenahan Dermatology. 100% professional from receptionist to assistant to Betsy. Not only are they professional, they made me feel so comfortable. Do not hesitate to make an appointment. You will not regret it!

First time here. Greeted in an amiable manner. Felt heard and my concerns were the focus. The dynamic was cogent and to the point. Was in and out, in a timely manner, as originally informed. Scheduled two follow up appointments. I like how respectful the operation is if a patient’s time. I was informed about what to expect for time needed, for appointment and that I was out of the appointment at the stated time. Minimal waiting upon arrival.
