I’ve been a patient here for 7 years. In that time I have found the staff and Dr. Novatni to be very condescending and felt as if they never seemed to take my concerns seriously. While seeing the doctor I was lucky if I would be seen for 5 minutes or more. In addition, I’ve tried to fill a birth control prescription for 2 weeks now, they told me they submitted the refill over a week ago, which they did not, then they told me when I called today that I would need to be seen before they would put refills in. I was literally there last month for a yeast infection and was put out $300 for tests and my copay (I have insurance! A yeast infection put me out $300!!!!!!!!) - but also when I called earlier this week I was told that they submitted the refill and they blamed the pharmacy, which clearly was a lie and the pharmacy confirmed they never received the authorization. While trying to explain this to the staff I was hung up on. (I’m 23 years old so paying $300 for an appointment / testing then having my prescription refill be denied until I make another appointment for the sake of an annual is ridiculous, give me some time to recoup! It’s just birth control, come on!) This is the type of doctor you see for your entire life, but I personally have never felt that this office cared for my wellbeing and was more focused on their pocketbooks.

Very quick, normally never wait moe than 10 -15 mins for an app. Very understanding. Dr. Snell is great. Highly recoomend it here
