A1, 5 STAR!! Service, professionalism, their knowledge, being courteous. Just couldn't be any better, period! Have been going to MVV for 6 years. They enabled me to transition into soft contact lenses which I thought I wouldn't ever be able to wear. The comfort of the lenses have improved my quality of life!! I have also had many different eyeglasses from them also. The quality is exceptional! I sincerely hope that for any unforeseen reason, I ever have to (not) be a patient with Mountain Valley Vision! Thank you all for everything!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Jordyn Stevens, Ashley, and the rest of the staff at Mountain Valley Vision Center. From my first call, they were very friendly and professional with follow up text to remind me of my appointment. Dr Stevens we extremely thorough and explained not only what she was doing during the exam but why. At the end she even asked if there were any other questions that she could answer for me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I felt heard and appreciated the time she took to explain my vision concerns with me.

Mountain Valley Vision provides super customer service. I was able to see a Dr quickly and back to work with a fresh pair of contacts. Everyone there really shows they care. Thank you!

All of the staff are friendly and truly want to help each customer. My eye doctor explains my eye health and works with me to make sure my contacts and glasses are what will help me see best. There is a great selection of contacts and frames. The staff are always willing to help you select frames and help you understand pricing. I love Mountain Valley Vision and highly recommend it to others!
