Absolute horrible billing experiences, misinformation/communication by staff. On multiple occasions I have received surprised/unexpected bills and had to file formal complaints. I left the practice due to this. I highly suggest a re-evaluation your training and scripting processes, staff should be more clear. No one likes surprise bills.nnTreatment and care by doctors is great, no complaints there!

Worst healthcare in Norwich. Completely unavailable. Can't even squeeze you in after an emergency room visit. (which they are required to do by law) Rude, entitled staff.

They do repeated tests when they've already gotten results from other doctors that are recent...why because insurance can pay it? Haven't seen one actual doctor and to get these guys to call you with results once you've signed up for the patient portal...which don't do if you ever want results you can understand. They don't listen to you at all. Staff is courteous though...just incompetent. I can't wait til my new doctors can take me in a month!

I am treated like family there. They truly care and always stay on top of issues. I would be saddened if they weren't here.
