Tried to get my son an appointment today. I waited on hold for a nurse for 15mins and was disconnected. Called back and sat on hold for 40mins. Hung up and called the reschedule line, no one answered. Called as a provider and low and behold someone answered... and... put me back on hold. Perhaps you shouldn’t be accepting new patients if you can’t serve your current ones.

Always had the best care from the time my son was a newborn. I see other posts commenting on the wait time. Obviously, the doc is with another patient so I don’t mind. If it were my child causing the next patient to wait, at least I know my child is getting the care and not being rushed. It’s not all about getting in and out, it’s about the care your child receives. God forbid they miss something just to get me out and go to the next patient. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. My hold time is much shorter recently since they became Guthrie. Never had the long hold time when it was Southern Tier Pediatrics but with change it was expected. It’s not the fault of staff.

HORRIBLE care! If I could give 1/4 star, I would! I will never return to this clinic and I will warn everyone that I can to not seek care here! Practitioners do not communicate with one another and front desk staff unprofessional. Causes parents like us strife and unbelievable angst. Go somewhere else!

This doctors office is horrible!!!! I've been taking my children here since they were in Elmira and it was stellar then. The service is NOW less than mediocre they never answer the phone and when they do they transfer you to a recording. Not to mention when you finally get fed up with the lack of professionalism or sense of urgency and try to change doctors they hold your children's records hostage until the have a physical. This is not only annoying it is appalling as well . Forcing people is not how you keep patients around.
