They are very professional but at the same time also friendly. I called with an urgent problem that I needed to have taken care of as I work on my feet all day. They accommodated me and worked me in quickly so that I didn't need to stop working. I highly recommend them to all my customers.

Very professional services!! The reception area always pleasant and welcoming. The Physicians I’ve seen have been very kind and concerned for my foot issues. I always feel safe and treated with ia higgh level of expertise when getting care for my podiatry concerns.

Terrible service! Dr. Kilpatrick and/or his staff ordered orthodics after I specifically told him and his technicians I would try use of padding in my shoe that he provided, hopeful it would correct my foot issue as I wasn't able to tolerate wearing orthodics years ago. 2 weeks later I received a call advising my orthodics were in. I told the caller that I did not want them yet, as the padding Dr. Kilpatrick installed in my shoe was improving my foot pain. She said it was no problem, they would send them back. Unfortunately, 4 months later I am still experiencing foot pain and decided I would give the orthodics a try and phoned the request to the Horseheads office. Days later, I received a call back from the office to tell me that Dr. Kilpatrick would not order the orthodics because I didn't take the pair they had ordered 4 months earlier, after I explicitly indicated at my office visit that I wanted to wait on getting the orthodics. Sure seems like spiteful arrogance on his part, and a total lack of care or customer service for thier patient. I sure miss Chuck.
