This place was great, open until after normal work hours, everyone was so friendly. The physician I saw was gentle, understanding, and informative, and it was budget friendly with no insurance. I didn’t even want to go but didn’t regret going, I was in and out. Everyone was reassuring, from their suggestions to simply wearing masks appropriately (if that is a concern to the public).

Great staff! Very friendly and caring! I was very sick and they got me in as soon as they had a bed available. Highly recommend!

Always a 10, from walking into the reception to the nurses to the doctors everyone is always friendly and caring. They are quick and to the point, they get you in-and-out. Could not ask for a better place or better team of people

Every time I’ve come here the staff has always been great, during my last two visits I was seen by Haley at the Big Flats location. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and is very professional. She is a kind and compassionate person, which cannot be easy during these times, and makes you feel like you’re welcome. Five out of five stars for the staff and especially Haley! :)

The team at WellNow Urgent Care in Bigflats are knowledgeable, thoughtful and compassionate. They didn't rush me through the clinic and send me away quickly. Instead they listened and gave me support and help I needed. In my mind, this is what a medical team should be. Thank you!
