If there was a negative rating I would use it. My second office visit to Dr Mallouck the nurse forgot me. After waiting an hour I asked if I should reschedule and that's how I found out. The second and third visit I was in dire pain and left waiting for over an hour each time. I always have trouble getting prescriptions refilled. The last time I asked for one I called two days in a row and still don't have my medicine, which I already run out of early because they are written incorrectly. I was supposed to have physical therapy set up a few months ago, still nothing although they have called twice to tell me they are going to set it up. Needless to say I will be calling around again tomorrow in search of a new doctor.
