Called ahead to get the pricing on an urgent care visit Because I don't have insurance. I paid everything in full while I was there with a discounted rate. A month later I get a bill for an extra $50 which I didn't agree to. $275 is outrageous for an urgent care visit. Find someplace else to go so you don't get tricked like I did.

Monument Health... I have felt comfortable and not once left there feeling my concerns were not addressed or I was feeling I didn't understand a situation... I left and 5 years later come back the same treatment as before... The positive vibe the staff gives to patients comes natural... Big shout to each and everyone I have encountered in my experiences!!!

Everyone was very nice and so helpful. Laura checked me in and Justin did my test. Both were very sweet. Love the online appointments for getting tested.
