I really like the collection of jewelry there. It's unique and fresh unlike the crapmy costume jewelry in other stores in Newark ave. They have the 24K plated so it's a good I'm between to real gold. The owner is really nice and has good customer service which again is rare with desis. My big complaint is that the store is always closed!! Whenever I needed to go it's closed and I don't understand their hours. I noticed this with Indian stores that they open as they please and at various times.
Worst, I bought a stud for my daughter's first birthday on June 15th 2017, it broke on June 30th 2017. When I asked about this in the store, the person response was you would have used the stud very hard, I do not understand how hard a one year old baby use it.nnVery Bad experience.nnYou offered to fix for additional charge. how could I spend even a $ more with someone who says that a 1 year old baby uses the stud very hard. FYI, I bought it for my daughter first birthday and faced the worst experience.
Worst place to go for jewelry repair. The lady in the store took 10 dollars for repairing a mangalsutra, but in reality nothing was done for the repair. Within an hour it broke again. Avoid this place at any cost.
