Absolutely the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. A package I was trying to ship to a customer was being held due to an insufficient address. It ended up in Oelrichs, and then back in Hot Springs. Both of the women who worked at these locations went above and beyond to 1, track my package down, 2 keep me posted during the day and 3, go to the extent of HAND DELIVERING MY PACKAGE to the customer to ensure it made it to its destination! The lady in Hot Springs was so kind over the phone. Im still in shock she said she would hand deliver that package

Very sad I couldn't send my rent money order and have to find another place to mabey get an envelope and stampud83dude44 Alot of the post offices like in Rapid City have a machine for after hours.
