I've been going to Northwood RV for about 2 years now to get work done on my 2014 Outback camper. Rick has done brakes, new tires and other maintenance items but most recently he took on a major job of replacing about 65% of the camper floor that was damaged due to a leak. He tore out the old floor and rebuilt it so well it will never have another problem. The new floor looks better than the original floor, we just love it. We also had an issue with our large slide and Rick took care of that. He has always been extremely fair with me and I never worry about what I'm being charged. His hourly rates are incredibly reasonable and he wants you to be a satisfied customer. Plus, he's a really great guy. So, if you want to bring your camper to a company that you can feel confident will do the job right and that you can trust, then bring it to Northwood RV.
