This is not my favorite Monument Health Clinic. They don’t greet you. It was for labs for my husband who is handicapped. The office personnel are not friendly at all. When hubby went in to get his blood drawn, the lab technician was very friendly & helpful. She did have to poke my husband twice and did say that was her limit. They did not ask if there was anything more they could do for us. But the technician was very helpful & friendly.

Great experience. Liking the no-wait time and being in my own space. I love my Doctor and miss seeing her face to face, but this is a good alternative.

The staff are friendly and efficient. Dr Preuss is the most thorough, effective and caring physician that I have worked with.
