I have been with Dr Sawyer for many years and he is the best Doctor you could ever deal with. Always takes the time to listen and helps you with your problems. The office staff are also friendly and very helpful. The nursing staff always calls you back the same day and also very friendly and helpful. As you can see I love this practice.

My doctor recently switched here and I refused to see anyone but her (Trisha brooks, absolute best.) I have yet to have a appointment due to everything with COVID. BUT I have spoke to a few people there via phone calls, and they are ALWAYS nice. I have never had someone wait for my response after asking me to hold. Crazy. So glad everyone is super nice!!

You legitimately have a batter chance of escaping North Korea, alive for that matter, than you do getting your call picked up/a call back from this facility.

The nurses are so rude as is the secretary’s. Trisha brooks is the only one in the whole building I like. The rest are awful people. They don’t care about you at all.

If you like waiting on hold for extended periods of time every time you call, then you will give them a higher score. Also, it does not help that they act like it is an inconvenience when they finally do pick up, and then they take your info don't talk to you and put you back on hold LOL. Hoping to find a new doctor in 2020.
