I never leave reviews, but he treated my 8-year-old son like he was an absolute inconvenience. First, I was called by his nurse to see if I could make it to my appointment earlier than scheduled. We were clearly his last appointment for the day, so sure, no problem. We were sent to him because my son had x-rays on his knee for an injury and they thought he might have a hairline fracture. My instinct was that he was fine, but I'm not a doctor. Dr. Hoang acted liked we were insane for even coming in (again, we were referred to him through other doctors who did x-rays!). He cut off my son while he was speaking, had no patience or empathy for younger kids, and rushed us out. I cancelled the follow-up appointment and wouldn't have seen him again if someone had paid me.
