I love the doctor there she is so great with my son but waiting over an hr was crazy they were backed up.

My experience has been nothing like the others here. First of all I am always on time and would never expect them to fit me in if I was more than 5 minutes late as that is rude! This practice is professional, caring, on time and they really know what they are doing. I trust their expertise. A great orthopedics practice! Only reason I took off one star is because I did receive conflicting information about one issue from the Dr and the NP. But otherwise a great office with great people!!!

One son had his finger fracture missed by a P.A. Another son was seen for a separated AC joint and when I tried to bring him back 2 years later as he was again experiencing pain I was told first that typically he could not see someone different than the person he originally saw and then they had no availability. I found the person I spoke with on the phone rude.

Arriving for an appt late was the worst experience ever. I was stuck in construction traffic and ended up being 19min late for my early morning appt and the doctor refused to see me. They tried to completely reschedule me and then after speaking to the manager I was able to get an appt a little later that same afternoon 4 and 1/2 hours later instead of just putting me in the slot of the patient they would’ve taken in my place.

They kind of give you the run around and getting appointments can be tricky to see your own doctor. It is very stressful. The workers are kind but the system needs work.
