Dr. Gray is fantastic to work with. He takes his time during my appointment and the staff does a thorough job on the diagnostics. I learn more about my sight every time and get great customer service when ordering glasses.

$600 for an initial eye exam for my daughter and I... (way too much)... paid my bill in full and asked for my prescription on paper attached to my payment... never received... waited weeks then called and asked for my prescription only received glasses prescription without pupillary distance..., literally worthless if you want to get glasses not through them, I asked for the pd and my contact prescription, the didn’t have my pd which is just poor practice, and can’t seem to locate the one woman in charge of contact prescriptions. Not impressed and will never go back go somewhere else if you value your time and money!

Went 2 weeks without glasses because they didnt order after my appt. Same with contacts.. They are rude when I come to getting people their stuff. They still dont know when my contacts will be in. They have yet to give me my contact prescription.. Over priced.. If your not gonna give me a date on contacts or prescription then refund the exam cost so a person can go elsewhere..
