Very rude treasurer. Tried to get a title transferred from my mother's estate and accidentally signed in the wrong spot. Wanted papers I mailed out a week ago to the address listed online. The treasurer told me they have a P.O Box which wasn't listed as the address. I sent it to the address given online... I feel sorry for the people of Dewey County that have to deal with her on a regular basis. She was not kind and/or understanding at all.
