Order a burger told it is no longer available then no longer display it. Order a drink find out they are sold out . Sit down to eat and your burger is not in bag well no wonder gal taking my order couldn't hear me since manager was on her cell phone standing right next to us having a conversation obviously not business related. Not at all happy!!!
I didn't catch the name of the young man at the drive through window but he was extremely polite with great customer service. Food was really fresh as well! We were there around 2 pm today.
Only wanted coffee because I have heard and experienced poor quality, poor service in the past. No difference with just coffee. I was the only person at the drive thru and it took 5 minutes to get served. There were 6 employees with no customers except myself. When I asked why it took so long the lady told me she didn't know. The coffee was also terrible.
Extremely slow service. Hadn’t eaten here in ages because of that problem. Decided to try again, same experience, extremely slow service!
Don't eat here. Management and staff is horrible. Service, ha! What a joke. Food, well it's been years since I wasted my money here. I won't even try another BK do to this one. But, just ask anyone. They'll tell you the same. Late night action sure to please you. Has been staff fights in the drive thru at late night.nLucky to get the one star. I'm serious....
