Dr.s are great. Waiting for over 35 min after my morning appointment time is not. Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. Have been taking my kids here since they opened. We will be finding new medical care.

I absolutely LOVE this facility and it's staff members. All of the nurses and doctors are amazing. My son sees Dr. Kroenke.nBackstory: I'm a first time mom after going into heart failure which caused my son to be born 2.5 months early. I had two major surgeries: a crash cesarean section and then open heart surgery two weeks later. I was in Omaha with my son for 4 months since neither of us are healthy.nI was told we could go home, and dread set in. I live TWO hours from UNMC, his doctors and nurses that called when his heart rate even changed. I was assured that my son and I would both be taken care of. I was terrified and ignorant as how to take care of a child that eats from a tube, while being single, and still healing myself. Dr. Kroenke answers every little concern or question I throw at him. I highly recommend this place.

Dr.Allen has to be the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. I truly believe she cares about the health of my children. She takes the time to explain any and all questions you have without making you feel rushed. I cannot praise her enough.
