I can't recommend. I was there first one there on Saturday morning, and it took three hours to get my oil changed. I informed an assistant manager, and she became quite upset with an employee that was not at fault.
Walmart is not my first choice to take in my truck for a tire repair but on a holiday weekend I will take what I can get. Staff was nice and held their tongue even though multiple customers were acting like children. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with customers at work. The wait was longer than i expected but they told me that before I gave them the keys.
Waited 2 and a half hours for an oil change. Had I known that was gonna be the case would've went elsewhere! Ended up with a husband and kids stranded across town for an hour and half because even if they haven't taken it back yet they wont let you leave and come right back. Needless to say wont be going back. Only saving grace was cashier was friendly and helpful. Sadly I wasnt the only person waiting those 2 hours.
I had a flat tire just outside of Columbus. I ended up buying my tires online, with Walmart promise of next day available for pick up. The manager on shift was wonderful. The tire guys worked an hour past closing for me. It took awhile to find my tires. It was nobody's fault, just a mix up due to the way i ordered them.
Super friendly employees. Very knowledgeable and they have a great sense of humor.
