I run a small rural nonprofit shelter and received an email from LVS about a sale. Since we are careful with our dollars, a sale sounded nice. Saleswoman is rather pushy and I honestly should have said no, that's my fault. We received microchips that we're far larger than I expected. To save money we administer them ourselves but I can't see using something so large on our dogs. The packages were unopened so I asked if we could return them. We were not given that opportunity.nnI know there are a lot of 5 star reviews for them. My advice would just be to ask A LOT of questions. I'm sure everything is fine if there are no problems with your order, but if you do have an issue they will not give you any opportunity to fix it without paying restocking fees or exchanging for something more expensive. I am a bit sad about this because we are a nonprofit dedicating to saving lives. I feel we (and everyone else) should have an opportunity to make it right. The saleswoman needs additional training as well before dealing with the public. Will not recommend and will not ever order from again.

I buy my Interceptor Plus through Lambert Vet Supply on a recurring basis, and it is always an easy, smooth process! The prices are hard to beat. They contact my vet's office for me and then send me the medication promptly. If there has ever been a problem, I have gotten a personal phone call to resolve the issue. Great customer service!

I needed this collar quickly and it was going to take me a week and 1/2 from the site I usually shop. I was able to pay a little extra and get it in four days from Lambert. The collar was (is--still using it), a fantastic product. We replaced an inflatable e collar that my dog was able to deflate, get off and that we had to use zip ties with. After one time of my dog getting it off because we did not tie it tight enough, this one at Lambert has worked perfectly. My dog genuinely does not mind it. It seems to be the right amount of flexibility and width. My dog cannot get to the lick granulomas that had become infected and they are now healing nicely. She bounces around the house, playing with her sister, getting in and out of her kennel, sleeping and eating with no problem. So happy with this purchase. It was recommended to us and I would recommend it to anyone.

So happy with my purchase. My supplies needed to be delivered cold, and they were. They were delivered overnight, to hot hot Texas, they added plenty of cold packs and the whole process was smooth and I feel they were very responsible in getting pet medical supplies to me fast, cold, and intact. They also were more affordable.

This time, the experience with Lambert Vet Supply was superior. In the past, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand was doing and communication failed. The current upgraded integrated ordering software they are using is better and finally meets customer service expectations. Good job! I have been ordering from Lambert Vet Supply for the past 2 going on 3 years. This is the only time when I ordered there were no processing issues. Thank you.
