I have been patronizing this pharmacy for 20 years. The personal connection and customer service is no longer there. I use to make a point to return for their care and interaction. I would receive the same service anywhere.

Stopped there to get a prescription filled for my wife on our way home Lincoln after her surgery. I asked if they had a restroom she could use. The clerk said absolutely no. We left and got it filled elsewhere. I will never stop there again.

This Pharmacy has gone downhill over the past 18 months. I’ve been told my scripts were never called in, they were ready and when I got there they weren’t there and they had no record of them.nNow, I have been on the same medication for 5 years. Every 30 days, I refill it and every 30 days for the past 8 months it’s a problem. Now I’ve been told it’s not possible to order it and that is NOT TRUE. The truth is the Mark doesn’t want to pay the ridiculous amount of money to carry this medicine I desperately need. I HAVE TO have it. I’ve been lied to and left without for days because “it cost to much”. Yes, I know it cost a lot, 5 years every month. Usave South Locust has been there so many times when I was battling insurance companies and I switched because I moved to the other side of town. Scott deserves the local business he has ALWAYS done so much for me and the North has continued to throw me in monthly panic not working with or for me. Driving across town to give Scott the $ in prescriptions will be a small reward to his services! I dragged my feet because of my different meds & transfers but it’s enough!
