Really nice new hotel. Modern look and feel, more upscale than any other Fairfield I have been in so far.nnKing suite have a really cool layout and design. Thanks for the upgrade ud83dude42 Even though the room is rectangular, the perception inside feels like you are going around a corner into the bedroom. Really cool concept.nnLots of nice accents in the living area as well. If this is a new build concept for Marriott, I like it.
Very nice hotel. Very comfortable, clean, and super friendly staff.
The room and the amenities were wonderful! We are huge fans of the Marriott brand. However, the two women who worked the evening shift (around 8pm )of August 25th were two of the most RUDE individuals I have ever met at a hotel front desk. After having dinner with local friends, they dropped us off at the main entrance and we stayed outside to visit with them. We were not loud or blocking the entrance in anyway. We were then rudely told they had to leave not once but twice or security would be called. Really? Three of us are guests here. Unbelievable. This hotel needs to RETRAIN these two woman on what customer service means.
