Riddle's Jewelry - Grand Island

I went to the Grand Island store today with my daughter looking for a ring. We were so fortunate to meet Arin. She found exactly what my daughter wanted in less than 30 minutes. We are 100% happy!!

Highly irritated! I went in to have my ring cleaned here. Of course I look at my ring every day and inspected it before cleaning it. Other than being dirty it was in perfect condition, as I just got it from my boyfriend this last christmas. I bring it in to clean it, and after it is cleaned, being in a hurry, I thank her and leave. On my way home i notice one of the smaller diamonds is missing! I call them, assuming its just an honest mistake and they would look and fix it. They said they looked around and didnt find the diamond. So she proceeds to invite me in to PURCHASE the very diamond that was lost by their fault! I should NOT have to pay for a new diamond when the ring was damaged on their fault. Would not recommend this place at all!

I appreciated them not being A high pressure sales Store and made me feel better about The Choice I was making in buying the items that I bought.... Katie Greger... Was a sales rep I worked with.. and she was just Great... Along with the store manager... Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was wonderful also. I worked with Zane on two occasions. The first when my now fiancee and I were just starting to look at rings. He was able to get her sized, and helped us find ring she loved. He was subtle when he slid me the card that had her ring size written on it. The second time was when I actually bought the ring. He remembered me when I came in, which is awesome, in my opinion. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the ring, and the center stone. He helped me choose the perfect stone within my budget. She loved it.
