Make sure you block out plenty of time because my first two appointments that were scheduled was no where close to being on time. The 2nd appointment waited 40 min in the exam room for doctor to show up.

They are the best!! Could go on and on but with my 6yr old baby girl they have went above and beyond to keep her happy as well as keepIng her arm stable and healing properly! Wouldn’t go any where else! Thank you Dr. Meyer for referring us here! Dr Lemek and his nurse Candy sorry if I spelled her name wrong are amazing! Very informative and very personable!! Wouldn’t ask for anyone else with my kids! Thank you both can’t wait to see you guys In a week!

Had an appointment for 9 am. Showed up early. 2 hours later still was waiting. Receptionist staff could at least smile and hello. Will not return.

IN MY OPINION: (Scott Lukens was unwilling to treat a severed hamstring. I was told, sorry, live with it. He did not know of any facility or doctor that was capable of surgically reattaching my hamstring. Uncaring, extremely callus and rude! The PA was the only one willing to help. I will NEVER come to this facility for anything ever again!! Dr. Chris Wilkinson, Platte Valley Orthopedics in Kearney is surgically correcting my injury. I highly suggest going to Kearney for ANY orthopedic needs. I feel that one star is being way too generous, if I could give zero stars or negative stars that would be more suited to the experience that I had to go through.) I was threatened with a defamation suit if I did not alter this review.

Dr. Joel D. Jasa, The Dr at Twin rivers recommended I see a specialist after a week of not getting better from broken glass removed from foot (urgent care removed 2 pieces and one came out at home,) she thought there could be more.I called CNO on a Tuesday and explained my situation of how & when glass got in my foot. The receptionist listened and said she would like to consult with someone to know who, when & how to treat me. She promptly called back in 15 minutes. The Dr that was best suited for me would be in the office this Friday ( Feb 14). I was the first appointment at 8:00. His nurse was friendly when she greeted me. We did an X-ray before going to the room. The Dr came in the exam room in a timely manner to explain what he saw and options of solving the problem. Option A: let him have a try at removing the deep broken pieces or option B :go to surgery to have them remove the glass. option C: both options could happen. I choose option A. Dr. Joel D was very polite and understanding to my concerns and when I would ask for a moment to stretch my tense body. He spend a significant amount of time trying to get all the pieces out. 1 piece didn't want to come out that would require a trip to surgery due to it's size and location. He again gave me some options. Option A: schedule an appointment with surgery or Option B take some more X-rays and try again after he had a chance to check on his other patients that had been waiting. I thought that was so considerate that he want to do that. I didn't mind at all. I understand that a good job done takes time and patience. I choose option B in hopes he could save me a trip to surgery. He again spent a significant amount of time trying to get that one tiny very deep piece of glass out. But he was able too. I am so grateful.nnI did learn a lesson through all this. If I would of just listened to my urgent care DR on Feb 3 about doing an X-Ray and not listening to Google. I would have saved time and money. Second lesson I should have not been so stubborn thinking my foot would get better when my inner voice said something was not right and waited so long to schedule with a specialist. The fact that kept walking on the glass in my foot made the glass move deeper and deeper which is what made this process so difficult.
