Bought tires here when I was a teen great tires then and great now service fast and we'll handled
We where 4 hours from home and caught a nail in our pickup tire while we where pulling our car trailer. We showed up to Big O tire 40 minutes before they closed on a Saturday afternoon hoping they could help. They attempted to fix the tire and it turned out the tire was unfixable, the owner said “I wouldn’t be able to sleep sending you down the road on that tire” they then went and found a good used tire to install on the pickup and sent us on our way. They did all of this and wouldn’t accept any money no matter how many times we offered to pay. These are great people and I would highly recommend doing business with them!!!
This place is the most crooked place! I took my car in with a 17.99 coupon for an oil change told them before getting the service and after telling me I needed multiple items fixed and I told them no they then proceeded to complete the oil change then they charged me $37.00 they said not all corporations accept coupons. Why would you not tell me or check the coupon prior to doing the work. SCANDALOUS!!
Always take my vehicle here for major repairs. If they can't do it Justin always has someone to send me to. Never had any issues and will always be back.
