The gen Z staff can't handle the stress of a minor rush. They input orders incorrectly and get frustrated when you come in from the drive through to retrieve the rest of your order and it's the wrong sandwiches.
Went in to order. Used Kiosk. We finished ordering before the two young men at the register, but they got their food 3 minutes before us. Took 10 minutes to get our food (not an estimate). Fries were luke warm at best. Chicken nuggets barely warm, obviously been in the warmer for a while. If dine in was allowed, I would have taken my food back and asked for fresh.
Fast service good food very good people work there
Was happy to see them post a sign on drive thru area stating that some of the popular items may be out of stock and to check menu. Order was correct and was given to us in a timely manner.
Drive thru experience was super efficient. Never had to wait a second at either the payment or food window.nnCovid Note: windows have built in plasti screens so that only the staff's hands are exposed. I appreciated that. Everyone inside looked to be masked.
