I took my kiddo with me to get pedicures. It was typically busy, so we expected a wait. But after the let my kiddo soak for an hour prior to starting the pedi, I was not very happy. They also started on another customer that had arrived AFTER we had prior to starting on my kid. I ended up skipping my polish because I felt like they were rushing my pedicure, and they did poor quality—I still had sugar scrub and lotion left on my legs. I am very disappointed in the service we received. Island Nail has always been a good place. What happened?

Busy, been to several other places and came back to Island Nail & Spa! Jen P. Does a great job, but for my feet she has done a fantastic job on keeping me pain free on my. Ingrown toenails. Been going here for at least 5 years and haven’t had any problems yet! I normally have a picture I show them and my nails have always been just as good as the picture if not better!
