Just about everything was excellent for us! And even when a situation with our air conditioning happened (and it was over 100 degree day so I don't blame the hotel for having one room not be able to keep up) they so kindly moved us to another room and were so nice about it, just brought us new keys straight to the door! They did even try having a maintenance man come see if he could fix the air, and even he was such a nice guy! Even the lifeguards were great! They let us have fun while keeping us safe :) All in all such a great stay. Awesome job and we will be back. Oh and the slides in the pool are seriously so so fun!!!!!

Nice room' very friendly staff-nHad a little difficulty with the remote control and setting the temperature in the room. But I was only there to take a nap. The restaurant was awesome.. Well worth it. Onenof the best steaks I've ever had and the best apple martini.. A must stop if you're going 80 West.. you will not regret it..

We had an EMS 3 day conference here. Our room was clean and modern. Great hot shower. Good linens. We were served buffet food that was exceptional! The service to feed over 250 people was outstanding! The conference rooms were set up with proper distancing and room temp was comfortable. The little pub within has fun drinks and great atmosphere. There's a sand volleyball area outside. Just need to bring a chair. ud83dude42 Would definitely enjoy coming here again.

Another fantastic stay at one of the best hotels that I've been in. Wanna get away and feel like your in the another place then book here. They have a huge water park and all the rooms and guests areas are brand new and managed at a top notch level! No need to go anywhere else.

Great pool for the kids, life guards on duty at all times. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! We had a fantastic weekend at a reasonable price. The connecting restaurant Joy's Table was kid friendly and reasonably priced. The hotel also provided a coupon for kids eat free at the restaurant.
