I come from a small town so we don't have any doctors that are women. I am a freshman in college that was really nervous about having a visit with a male doctor. I was able to have a walk-in appointment. The nurse and doctor who met with me were women. The entire staff was super efficient and kind, and explained everything to me very well and made me feel comfortable. If you're from out of town or if you're young and nervous about going to the doctors far away from home, this place worked out great.

Rude front desk worker and horrible communication. I gave them my insurance over the phone and they made so many mistakes that I had to redo the entire process once I got there. They also didn’t check for copay and charged me $130 upfront.

If I could I’d give it a zero. Sent me to Omaha when I could have gotten treatment here. Had to wait 2 1/2 months to get in there just to be told to have procedure done in Kearney. And since it was a high specialist, insurance won’t pay much. Plus I had to suffer those extra months.I even called before going to Omaha and asked if some way I could see a gastroenterologist here because I was in agony. Just wait they said. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Dr. Kassandra Davis, (previously Connel) is such an amazing lady doctor! She knows what’s best for me and does a great job taking care of any and all of my needs. The nurses and the whole team are friendly and comforting.n***That’s saying a lot because I rarely ever write reviews.***

Have ALWAYS (20 plus years) had fantastic experiences at Family Practice. Dr.’s, nurses, lab and support staff have always been great. I have and will continue to recommend them.
