I usually give this one location a five-star rating but on this visit that we had last night it was not a good one. One of the cashiers cheated me on my change she shorted me $0.67 which is not a big deal but next time she needs to learn how to count change back or have a calculator by her side when the register messes up so that she can figure out how to count the change back correctly. In the next window where we got the food the cashier was quite rude. It was in the evening when all the teenagers work so that was probably the problem. I'm not saying all teenagers are rude but in this day and age a lot of them are extremely rude and she was definitely one of them. Then when we got home and we started eating our burgers they were raw in the middle. Definitely not a good experience will be going somewhere else from now on.

The food was delicious but the customer service in the drive through was upsetting. I pulled through to the second window and they were getting ready to hand us our food. I kindly asked if they had put our sauces in the bag because quite often we do not receive them and a lady too an attitude when she said yes. Totally inappropriate to a paying customer.

Ordered no salt on fries due to watching salt in take because of pregnancy. They were cold and salted ordered pickles and ketchup only got just ketchup. Ordered double shot Carmel Frapy had to pull ahead and wait for it and tasted like it had no double shot. Lady was graby when she asked if everything was okay and we told her no. Made us wait another five minutes for fries ud83cudf5f so then we were late getting child from school.

This is the ONLY Mc Donald's in town that gets orders correct AND has employees that are pleasant and helpful! I will go clear across town to order anything other than a soft drink! The other two McDonald's are rude and very very rarely get orders right.
