I know it’s not fair for me to review the library since I work there. ud83dude0a However, this review platform doesn’t offer an option to respond to a review. I’m just a little aggravated that someone reviewed our library in the age of COVID and complained that we didn’t have enough comfy seating. We have a room full of comfy seating stored in a separate room. We had to remove much of the seating to promote social distancing and to discourage folks from staying beyond the 30 minute limit of our Phase 1 Re-opening Plan. The time limit and accommodation limits are plainly posted on signs at the library entrance. We are just trying to safely offer our services during normal hours, so folks can check-out materials, use the computers, make copies, etc... Unlike during normal times, we are not encouraging people, including tourists, to hang out for hours in the building in comfy chairs.
It's a nice little place, very small, but a good selection of books and dvds for the community. Wifi, computer, book sales, magazines. Could use more chairs for comfy sitting

I'm reviewing this because I love our little library and I'm not happy that it only has 3 stars. In my opinion, I am just grateful to have a library for my family who devour books. We have been so happy with Libby and the selection of books available. And I didn't read the date for when that person who complained about noise, but it was probably when my four children were there, I apologize. As for the guy who wants a library open when he wants it open, he should stop thinking the world revolves around him.
Very nice library in a small town! Helpful librarians and clean facilities!
