I absolutely love that we have a PetSmart here now the sad thing is that they're extremely expensive so I don't shop in there very often I did this time because you guys had a sale and a lot of stuff on clearance when we live in this day and age with covid-19 and the cost of inflation rising every day pennies count every single penny counts. so if you were able to lower your prices or have more sales I would shop in there more often but you guys do have great toys for cats and dogs and very good food for pets. But I had a very good visit there yesterday everyone was very nice and I donated to the pet fund that you guys have there and you had lots of good selection for pets.
I had some issues with a few fish and a snail I bought there, but overall I've had a good experience with the pets I've bought. Right now I have a blue and red veil tail betta and two mystery snails that are super super cute! They were pretty cheap but the price doesn't detract from the quality!
They always do a great job grooming my pup and making her pretty (and smell pretty)
Super friendly and knowledge staff. The store is so clean. I appreciate all their hard work!
This store goes out of its ways to make sure you and your pet feel welcome. Great grooming service, and very clean. All pets for sale are in clean environments, and are healthy.
