Horrible experience, don't recommend this company, after over 90 hours, trying to get home,... breaking down buses, sitting there several hours waiting on another bus,.. redirected into opposite direction,.. bus drivers not giving breaks, and when they do they stop where there is nothing?? What the hell,NO WATER OR FOOD for several hours,?? This whole 4 days was a joke, and I'm filing complaint with the BBB.

Jefferson Lines claims to follow CDC guidelines regarding Covid 19. However, on the two buses I took on my trip recently, not only were the drivers not enforcing masks for riders, they themselves weren't wearing masks. Jefferson also does not offer e-tickets (like Greyhound) to lower the contact between individuals (this was confusing as I bought my ticket via Greyhound).

My first Jefferson lines experienced was okay. We did have a little bit of complications with a rider spitting on the bus driver and then having to wait a hour for a new one. But I was upset with jefferson line with that. They did everything they could to keep the situation under control. My main problem keeping me from making this a 5 star is the lack of outlets. I dont know if there all like this but this one has none.

Former driver of 5 years in Oklahoma City. Had a lot of fun traveling, meeting people and.providing good service. Sad to have been laid off and station closure in Oklahoma City, but it sure was a fun job! 2006 to 2011nI have posted pictures of every bus I have driven in the fleet...I hope you all enjoy the photos!
