On Saturday 12.1.18, nearly $3K of valuables were robbed from my vehicle, while parked in this ramp. Spoke with the parking manager and he said they do not have any video surveillance in the ramp. This blows my mind considering the ramp is connected to the Excel energy center and is a well trafficked area. Earlier that day, the parking manager mentioned that another car had its window smashed and was robbed of its possessions. Avoid this parking lot at all cost given the lack of security. Its almost 2019, get with the times St.Paul parking ramps.

We were heading to Jingle Ball at the Xcel Energy Center and I decided to save is the stress of parking elsewhere and found a spot across the street. Easy and convenient, however we waited over an hour to get out. The weather was nasty (December blizzard), but I don't think that was the reasoning behind it. Just be prepared, but overall a convenient experience!

Currently under construction but still very easy to get in and out of, especially if you use the back, lower entrance. Elevator and floors can be confusion because of 1/2 levels, but still convenient when going to the RiverCentre.

It’s a parking ramp. Parked my vehicle there for couple hours. For the event we were there for the staff directing traffic did a good job.
