Not impressed with anything about this clinic. We have a special case and was referred to a particular surgeon. The check in stations were rolling carts, almost like the facility forgot or didn't have a budget for desks.nnIt felt very unwelcoming and like we were just being led in like castle. When we finally got called into our appointment, 30 minutes late, the sharps container was on the floor, I'm sure this is an OSHA violation. There were bolts and screws on the medical cart in the room, I had my toddler with me and had to be extremely aware of him in an environment that should be safe.nnThe scheduling department never called us, we had to call them and the communication has been very poor.nnThe only reason I gave this a 2 star rating was because the surgeon was great. I wish I had another option for the upcoming surgery because I do not want to go here.
