I've been a loyal customer for several years, even though I've moved some distance from the store. Jim and the other pharmacists and staff at Lloyd's had an incredibly difficult 2020, but you'd never know it by talking to them. They are simply amazing people. (Their temporary location is a block south of their regular site, which is being rebuilt.It's on the same side of Snelling.) Drop in and just say hi. You'll wish you worked there!

I am so thrilled that Lloyd's Pharmacy has re-opened in its new location in the same block of its original location. A real asset in the Midway-Hamline community!

I love this place and all who work there. It makes my heart hurt to know there are such vicious people in this world who destroy and hurt a place who does so much for the community that they're housed in. I was in St. Paul from out of town and came into Lloyd's pharmacy in a pinch. I was worried because they were very busy, and I didn't know if they'd have the time or ability to help me. Maryn greeted me immediately and was so helpful! She went the extra mile and got my problem solved! Maryn was a real life saver that day, and I cannot thank Llyod's pharmacy for being there!

Most pharmacies have no issues serving Veterans or Soldiers. We don't get prescription cards and have to use our VA medical card or military ID to obtain service. The RX and BIN information that the pharmacy needs is the same for all veterans and many pharmacies have cheat sheets on how to process prescriptions. The Mpls VA directs Veterans to get the flu shots at participating network pharmacies. Lloyd's could have simply called Caremark to iron out the details. Instead they said they couldn't help. I call the VA, then Optum, then finally was told to call Caremark. The Caremark support line is only for the pharmacies. Finally Lloyds called Caremark and my flu shot was filled. This all took about 90 minutes of waiting and calling in cramped waiting area at Lloyds. I went there to support the neighborhood pharmacy but found that my support wasn't reciprocated.
