Been getting supplies for my son's dexcom for a year and a half now and never had a problem. Prompt and courteous and always get supplies on time. I'm on the phone less than a minute to reorder, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other call centers.

My son has no pancreas and is a Type 1 diabetic. His life depends on him getting his Dexcom G6 each month. It takes 2-2.5 months to get this refilled every time we place another refill. We call and get a different answer every time we call. Sometimes they say we have never asked for a refill 2 months into the request. If there were someplace else to go we would!! If I could give zero stars, I would!

I am so thankful for this service. They get us the specialty medications our kids need for cystic fibrosis, and they delivery quickly and on time. Thank you! Our service technician Danny is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond.

Extremely rude and incompetent employeesnSent my dearly needed medication to a different address which caused me pain and sufferingnBilled me for some items despite I was out of my out of pocket expenses now I have to fight to get it back

I have been with this pharmacy twice due to insurance requirements. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but negative during either period of time. Not only does the refill process take way longer than it has with any other specialty pharmacy (you receive a call from an automated system, which directs you to another automated system where you input your identifying information, and then you're transferred to a person that will ask you the same large number of identifying questions that you just gave them), the order is messed up almost every time.nnThey have had issues with my insurance multiple times (a problem I don't seem to have anywhere else), and instead of contacting me to let me know, they simply told me that my medication was on its way. The medication then would not arrive, and I would have to call them again to go through the same process. This medication was time-sensitive, and I missed several doses because of their extreme negligence. Luckily, I then switched insurance companies, but Fairview would not transfer my prescription; my doctor's office actually had to take care of the issue by cancelling my previous prescription and writing a new one that was sent to my new pharmacy. In addition, my medication is temperature-sensitive and must be shipped overnight; on three occasions, Fairview sent it via FedEx 3-Day Delivery, and then blamed FedEx for making an error.nnWhen I was forced to come back to Fairview Specialty a year later due to yet another insurance change, the exact same thing happened, where they would give me a date that my medicine was set to arrive, and they simply wouldn't ship it. Luckily, I was prepared and had rationed out my medication, but that should never have had to happen. I'm in the process of switching over my prescription now, and they are proving just as difficult for my new pharmacy to get the prescription transferred to them.nnI do not like to leave negative reviews; however, this pharmacy's service is absolutely horrible. I would not entrust my care to them ever again.
