A busy lot during the day. No bus shelter for bus routes 30 and 3K/3E

This is a very small lot so you need to get here by 8:00 during the week if you want to find a spot. Great place to park if you're going to the U of M or an event there, or either downtown, as the #3 line runs along Como.

The public transportation in Twin-cities is very good.

Convenient place to park your vehicle and use the transit system rather than fight with traffic.
