Amazing food and the patio is very dog friendly.
We needed patio vibes lately and this one we had been wanting to check out. We had their pizza before and it's phenomenal. Their cocktails are on point as well. This trip I tried the Foghorn Leghorn--fried chicken thigh tossed in ghost pepper dry rub, celery slaw, pickles, mustard aioli, egg bun.
Whenever my sis and I want to go out in downtown St. Paul, we end up here often. Sure, there are other great restaurants, but Dark Horse's food is just amazing. Never have had a bad meal here, and their cocktails rock. Its also right next to Barrel Theory craft brews, which is nice. Would highly recommend.
We tried Dark Horse last night for the first time. They has a special family dealer for pizza, ribs and sides. The food was fantastic. We also got the ranch wings. All the food was very tasty and the person who took my order and brought it to the car was very friendly. We will definitely order from here again....and also visit once stay at home is done!
Cute patio for these COVID times, but limited menu. VERY limited vegan options, so can't highly recommend for those that don't partake in animal secretions, etc. Decent beer list and a TON of whiskeys. Better for drinks than food in my personal opinion.
