The staff was top to bottom amazing and prices also very fair. Henry a mechanic had my 2nd ✋ud83cudffb bike riding like new after a quick tune up. The other staff I met were also super kind and welcoming, and gave tips to best care for my bike. Now I feel ready now for the season!
I've been going here for years. The people who work here care about bikes and cycling in general. They are attentive, friendly, and honest about repairs. They have never attempted to talk me into anything that seemed pricey or unnecessary. Also, during the busy season, rather than just putting my bike in the general queue for a simple repair and making me wait a month(yes, there are bike shops that will do this!), they moved it up to an 8-day turnaround, because they knew it wouldn't take long. They also sell awesome bikes at a wide range of affordability. Highly recommended!
