For the reputation that Mayo has, their pharmacy is a joke. After telling us it would be 15 minutes to receive an Rx, it took over an hour. The staff was rude and unaccommodating. Then, we got our 2 year old's Rx which is in liquid form, they put it in a bottle that we cannot get a syringe into to get the proper measured amount for him. We have to pour it into a glass, measure out the proper amount and then try and pour it back into the container. Do not use this pharmacy if you have a choice to move it outside Mayo.

They are wonderful. Fast, knowledgeable. They even delivered my mom's Rx to the doctor's office in the building for no reason.

Thanks for the Mayo Clinic Pharmacy for not shipping my husbands Symbicort inhaler leaving him without an inhaler for several days which caused an ER visit due to COPD episode.nIncompetent? Too busy? Short staffed? Doesn't matter. Symbicort is a life or death medication that is needed by patients with COPD. Period.nFiled a complaint with Patient Affairs. Received the scripted we are so sorry blah blah blah.nThanks for the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ER visit.

To be in such a wonderful institution & then Leave to the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been!!! This place is a joke... Go to Walgreens, Walmart, or Anywhere but here..
